Neighbor Permission Form

I voluntarily grant Roofing-MTL.ca, its employees, subcontractors, and representatives permission to access the areas reasonably required to complete the work described above. The contractor agrees to exercise reasonable care while performing the work and to repair any damage directly caused by its operations to substantially the same condition as existed before the work commenced.

This permission does not transfer ownership of any portion of the property and is limited to the work described in this form.

The undersigned confirms that they are the owner of the property described above or are otherwise authorized to grant this permission on behalf of the property owner.

This authorization may be revoked at any time before work commences by providing written notice to Roofing-MTL.ca.
