  • Roofing-MTL.ca guarantees all workmanship as outlined in the warranty agreement.
  • Hidden damage, rotted decking, structural deficiencies, or previously concealed issues discovered during removal may require additional repairs.
  • Every effort will be made to protect landscaping, driveways, siding, and surrounding property during construction.
  • Roofing-MTL.ca is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, interior water damage, mold, or unrelated building deficiencies.
  • Extreme weather events, falling branches, fire, flooding, animal damage, or other catastrophic events are not covered under workmanship warranty.
  • Project scheduling and completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.
  • Customers will be informed and approval obtained before any additional work outside the quoted scope is completed.
  • All materials and workmanship remain property of Roofing-MTL.ca until payment is received in full.
