Roofing Workmanship Warranty

Roofing-MTL.ca guarantees the workmanship of this roof replacement for a period of 10 years from the project completion date.

If leaks or roofing issues occur under normal weather conditions and regular roof use due to workmanship or installation-related failure, Roofing-MTL.ca will inspect and repair the affected area at no cost to the customer.

Covered issues may include:

• Roofing leaks caused by installation defects
• Flashing installation failures
• Membrane or shingle installation defects
• Premature failure related to workmanship
• Normal wear-related issues tied directly to installation quality

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by events outside normal roofing conditions or outside Roofing-MTL.ca’s control.

• Extreme weather events or natural disasters
• Hail, tornadoes, severe windstorms, lightning, or major ice events
• Fire or catastrophic structural damage
• Falling trees, debris, or external impacts
• Structural movement or settling of the building
• Damage caused by third-party contractors or later modifications
• Lack of maintenance, misuse, neglect, or blocked drainage
• Manufacturer defects outside Roofing-MTL.ca workmanship

Roofing-MTL.ca stands behind the quality of our roof replacement work. If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, we will review the issue and repair qualifying workmanship problems promptly and professionally.
